They'll soon celebrate their third wedding anniversary and recently reached a parental milestone in February when their first son, Rennie, turned one. 

Katharine McPhee and David Foster shared the look of love while attending the star-studded soiree for Clive Davis' 90th birthday at Casa Cipriani in the iconic Battery Maritime Building on the East River in lower Manhattan.

The 38-year-old singer rocked a strapless black Markarian NYC silk dress with gorgeous back detailing for the red carpet affair to honor the legendary music executive.

Her Lottie silk gown from the Bridal 2022 collection included a dainty ruffled waistline and a structured corset top with a peplum back.

She accentuated the strapless neckline with a sparkling Stephen Russell necklace which draped down across her back.

The former American Idol runner-up wore her dark brown hair tied up into a chic ponytail with wispy strands framing her face and diamond drop earrings sparkling above her shoulders.

Fran Drescher stood out from the crowd wearing a glittering gold suit with thick black lapels as she posed with Sandra Lee, Barry Manilow and Davis.

Drescher, the president of the SAG-AFTRA, rocked a black lace bralette to complement her power suit.

Iconic performer Barry Manilow rocked a black velvet pinstriped coat with a matching button-down and slacks to celebrate his longtime friend and boss.

Manilow and Davis first worked together in 1974 when Davis acquired Bell Records, which he transferred assets into forming Arista Records, and is now underneath the Sony Music Entertainment umbrella. 

Davis is widely credited as the eyes and ears behind a number of the most popular careers in the music industry, and signed Whitney Houston, Bruce Springsteen, Janis Joplin, Sly and the Family Stone, The Grateful Dead, Dionne Warwick, Aerosmith, Billy Joel, Chicago and Tony Orlando, to name a few.
