    So, just how does Hailee stay so fit, anyway? She gets her passion for fitness from her father, Pete Steinfeld. Pete is a trainer who often helps Hailee get her sweat on. Growing up, he helped Hailee learn how to kickbox: "It took me so long to get it right, but now, I've been doing it for so long that I didn't think anything of it," she told Delish.

    When she travels, Hailee has to switch up her routine a bit. She told Byrdie that she often squeezes in a quick boxing session in her hotel rooms. "For me, it’s really always been a matter of being physically active, not so much working out," she said.

    "My number one thing, considering my crazy, crazy schedule, is that I try to devote at least 15 minutes a day to getting some sort of physical activity in, whether it’s riding a bike, taking a walk, even just walking around in my backyard for 15 minutes," Hailee continued. "Just something to get some fresh air and the blood pumping."

    Hailee also explained that rehearsing for her concert tours is one of her favorite ways to get her heart rate up. "Dance is definitely my workout of choice because I love the fact that it never really feels like I’m working out. Before I know it, hours have gone by, and I’m sweating and feel great," she said.

    Food-wise, Hailee told Delish that her go-to breakfast is cereal. "Frosted Flakes is my current favorite, though it changes so often," she said. Lunch could be anything from a burger to pasta to grilled chicken and rice. And dinner is usually more breakfast.

    "Scrambled eggs, pancakes, what else? I love it all," she said. "You know what the best thing in the world is? French toast with corn flakes. I had them in New York, I wish I could remember where, and it's French toast coated in corn flakes."
