Houston police have arrested a man in connection with a fatal car crash near Greater Inwood last week.The Houston Police Department said 36-year-old Eric Ross has been charged with manslaughter in the 178th State District Court in connection with the incident.The victim, 70-year-old James Ojoch, was pronounced dead at an area hospital, according to HPD.HPD said Ojoch was pulling out of a private driveway at 6500 West Little York Rd. at 1: 20 p.m. March 18, when Ross’ vehicle allegedly struck his car at a high rate of speed while heading east on West Little York.The collision pushed Ojoch's car into another vehicle that was waiting for a stop light, police said. The driver of the other car was uninjured, according to HPD.
